What is AutPlay Therapy?
AutPlay® Therapy was created by Dr. Robert Jason Grant and is a play and behavioral therapy approach to working with children and families affected by autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, dysregulation issues, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. AutPlay Therapy combines structured play therapy, behavioral approaches, and relationship development. Children ages 3-18 years old can benefit from AutPlay as well as their caregivers. AutPlay Therapy incorporates several approaches identified as evidence based for treating children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Tracy Main- Certified Provider of AutPlay
Tracy Main, M.S., LPC earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cape Breton University in 2004 and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2014. Ms. Main has worked with children for over 15 years in both mental health and educational settings; in recent years focusing on child/adolescent crisis intervention, applied behavioral therapy (ABA), child centered therapy, parenting, and “LEGO Club” group therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum. Ms. Main greatly enjoys working with families and children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, anxiety, adjustment issues, and depression. Ms. Main is also a certified provider of Autplay (www.autplaytherapy.com) a play based therapy for children and adolescents with Autism and developmental disabilities. Currently, Ms. Main is pursuing her credentials as a Registered Play Therapist (RTP)
