Hello, my name is Cindy Pena, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand Canyon University in 2017 and my master’s degree in professional counseling in 2022. Since that time, I have worked in the mental health field in different settings including drug and alcohol addiction, psychiatric hospitals and in mental health agencies

Working with the youth has been a privilege due to their capacity for resiliency. I have learned through this journey that everyone is different and learns at a different pace which makes them remarkable. I aim to help my clients feel comfortable and supported through their journey, with active listening, goal setting, and coping skills for difficult situations that may arise
