Hello, my name is Grizelda Anguiano. I am so excited to join the Mind Works team to collaborate in providing evidence-based care for children and their families. I believe that through a comprehensive evaluation, discussion of education, as well as management options we can explore various treatment possibilities. My goal is to create a unique treatment plan geared towards helping your child become the best version of themselves. I believe in a personalized and integrated approach to treatment. I enjoy collaborating with other professionals to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care. If you are looking to explore how medication can be a beneficial part of treatment, then give us a call to schedule your appointment. I look forward to meeting you.
How I Can Help
I am available to support clinicians to assess if medication would contribute to optimize the treatment plan. Research shows that medication management combined with regular therapy visits generate the best results in providing change to impact life and not enable a disability.
Education and Experience
Before joining Mind Works, I practiced for several years at Methodist Children’s Hospital in San Antonio. From 2012 to 2019, I worked at Through the Years Pediatrics as a general pediatrician.
I am a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio. I earned my medical degree and completed my pediatric training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. I am a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
