Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to explore your counseling options and choosing Mind Works. My name is Hannah Urdzik and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A). I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Southampton, England, in 2018. After moving to the United States, I began studying my Master’s degree in school counseling at Liberty University in 2021. After serving in schools for the past six years, I have a passion for empowering children of all ages to achieve their goals.
How Can I Help?
I believe in a strong therapeutic relationship and very much enjoy getting to know each unique individual I work with. Additionally, I believe in a strong collaborative relationship with the caregivers of my clients. I use a systems approach to ensure individualized treatment plans and goals are set out cohesively, as a team. Through utilizing several therapeutic approaches, including solution focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, I offer a compassionate approach to aid individual growth in all required areas.
More About Me
I enjoy several hobbies in my free time. Anything that gets me outdoors, sign me up! I love working outside in my garden and exploring new areas with my husband. Having lived in England for most of my life I am passionate to explore as many states as I can. So far, I’m at 12, so I still have a way to go!
