Christina Burden, LPC

Christina Burden, LPC

In my therapeutic work, I strive to be a supportive partner along your journey to change. Together we will work to identify thoughts and behaviors that contribute to painful emotions, relationship conflict, and interfere with your intention to accomplish personal goals. I began developing my counseling skills through attending undergraduate and master’s level study at Southern Methodist and Trinity University. I have benefited from extensive counseling experience in schools, vocational rehabilitation, hospice, and private practice with clients experiencing mood issues, anxiety, learning disabilities, grief and loss, life transitions, and challenging parenting situations.

More About Me

In my personal time, I am a great lover of the outdoors and am always thinking of my next hiking adventure. I also enjoy reading fiction, listening to podcasts, constructing a new yard project, baking, and spending time with my husband, two teenage children, and our two dogs.
